Returns

At King Abbey Acres Global Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure all our products — from fresh aquaculture items to accessories — meet our high standards of quality.

Due to the nature of our products (perishable and live stock), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for catfish, shellfish, caviar, or any other fresh/frozen seafood once delivered.

However, for non-perishable items (such as accessories or farm products), returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged non-perishable item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange an exchange or issue a replacement where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
